Do I need to be local to work with NerdyGirl Accounting?

Not at all. We are a fully virtual accounting firm serving small businesses across all 50 states. Everything is handled online — document sharing, video calls, and secure file transfers.

What accounting software do you use?

We primarily work in QuickBooks Online (QBO), but we also support Xero and other platforms. If you are not on QBO yet, we can help you get set up correctly from day one.

Can you help if my books are a mess or years behind?

Yes — bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up is one of our most common services. Whether you are one month behind or three years behind, we will get your books clean and current.

Do you handle payroll for contractors and employees?

Yes. We offer full-service payroll processing for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors, including federal and state tax filings, year-end W-2s and 1099s, and multi-state payroll support.
